This is the project that never wants to end. I have been painting this forever but I must say that it is coming along nicely. My professor helped me fix that issue with the paint on the buttons and La Mode logo but I biffed it and forgot to save it as a riff file and so I have got to ask her again on Wednesday. How embarrassing!  I have submitted my website project and I am just finishing up a usability study for my user interface class and then I am done for the semester.

I have two classes for the summer session and those start on June 12th.

Today the anxiety was taking hold again and I stayed home from school. I did however work on school work so all is not lost. I even got a mile or so in the howling wind. The walking is feeling right again. It was off for a while but I am feeling good about it again. I am still not up to 10 000 steps a day but I will work my way back. Today this was the saying that popped up on my phone after my meditation. It is odd that it really touched me. I am always inspired by the  quotes on the app but this one really hit home.

My nutritionist also sent me this poem in the mail today. She is so wonderful and kind. I am struggling with the food issues but while I struggle there is hope.
